Somali PM and many Somali dignitaries, including the Regional Member State Presidents, attended the celebration of the 94th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey at the Turkish Embassy in Mogadishu.
The PM thanked the Turkish government for their diverse support and pledged that his government will work closely with Turkey for further progress.
The event was also addressed by the Turkish Ambassador Olgan Bekar who read a message from President Erdogan regarding the struggle for indepence of Turkey.
The Ambassador reiterated his country’s commitment to supporting Somalia to progress.
The celebration in Mogadishu was attended by resident diplomats in Mogadishu and Somalia representing different groups.
